"Charming presents from diverse small enterprises"
I got a delightful daily planner that went beyond what I thought it would be. Such a nice, top-notch gift! It arrived all wrapped up nicely, and I was updated the whole time, so I was aware of when it would show up.

Navigating the Needi website and making an order is a breeze. They provide awesome, timely updates on how things are progressing and when your stuff is being shipped. As someone who usually avoids online shopping, I gotta say this has been a fantastic experience. I’ll surely be back and will tell my friends about it!

"Shower Radio with Penguin Design"
Ordering was a breeze, and they greeted me warmly. The radio showed up in excellent shape. Just a minor hiccup—it took a couple of weeks to get here, which wasn’t ideal. But aside from that, everything else was fantastic!

"Honest and Supportive Service"
I received my item, but it didn't meet my expectations. On the bright side, the Needi team responded really well. They issued a complete refund and assured me that if I needed another gift, they’d send it out right away. Not a lot of companies would handle it this way, especially since it was a personalized item. This just goes to show that the team has integrity and truly goes the extra mile to assist.

I had a great experience with the customer service. When the product I bought from a small shop was no longer in stock (because that shop shut down), the Needi crew stepped in and helped me track down a replacement gift from a different small business. They truly went above and beyond, much appreciated, folks!

This was awesome; their platform lets you customize the present for the individual you're shopping for. I really appreciated that the gift choices are special for the recipients.
Plus, I dig that I'm backing smaller, more independently operated businesses instead of big, impersonal corporations.
